About

We’re rebuilding immigration around the people who build things.

Milestone combines software and licensed immigration attorneys so founders and exceptional talent can get a strong petition filed — without the guesswork.

The thesis

Why we built it.

  1. 01

Immigration services were designed around hours and paperwork.

A talent petition is mostly evidence: finding it, organizing it, and connecting it to the law. That work has traditionally been slow, manual and billed by the hour — with the applicant carrying the uncertainty.

  2. 02

Founders and talent move on timelines and milestones.

A round closes. A team needs its founder in the room. A role starts on a date. The visa is usually the one part of the plan nobody can put a date or a price on.

  3. 03

AI makes it possible to rethink how a petition gets built.

When mapping evidence and drafting take days instead of months, the work can be scoped, priced and delivered as an outcome — with attorneys spending their time on strategy, argument and the filing itself.

What we combine

Inside every petitionBuildingFiled

Your visa is not a project you should have to manage. It is work that should simply get done.

Who does what

Software builds the case. Attorneys own it.

Two roles, clearly separated — so you always know who is responsible for what.

Careers

Immigration attorneys and engineers, building the same thing.
